Praneeth's Research Work
Praneeth is currently working on the Evolutionary aspects of Amino Acids and protein structure formation.
He previously worked on isolation, purification, structural and dynamic characterization of slit diaphragm proteins and their interactions using endued knowledge of biophysical techniques of affinity purification, fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC), and size exclusion chromatography. He is interested in understanding protein-protein and protein-inhibitor interactions using in-silico studies. Besides, He also has experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA isolation, competent cell preparation, transformation, plasmid isolation, restriction digestion, ligation and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and agarose gel electrophoresis.
