Prathyusha's Research Work

Prathyusha's working on expression and purification of slit-diaphragm proteins from a bacterial system. Primary focus is on studying the structural characteristics of those proteins using FPLC, CD spectroscopy, SEC-MALS, Fluorescence spectroscopy.
