Jyotsana's Research Work
Jyotsana's project focuses on expression, purification, and understating the structural studies of Slit-diaphragm proteins by using various biophysical techniques like Affinity chromatography, FPLC, Circular Dichroism, Intrinsic Tryptophan fluorescence, Size-Exclusion chromatography, SEC-MALS, DLS. Alongside, by utilizing diverse molecular biology approaches, she is working on cloning of transcription factor gene, a master regulator gene involved in maintaining podocyte integrity.
